Personally it's simple.
When I kill someone for example in the WH where I live, I feel guilty and I generally give them some isks if they are new player.
So it's natural for me to think some players ( hisec gankers in primis ) are ***holes also in their mind, and it's even worse because they do ruin other players experience without take any risk so they are double ***holes for me. |

It's really pathetic to see persons that enjoy to annoy others complaining because the get insulted.
It's deserved and natural players think you are annoying persons even in real life. |

You can think what you want, not a problem for me.
But if I gank someone ingame (knowing how long it takes to get back money/ships/travel back to the place and so on in this game) I think it's pretty obvious he would insult me.
It's reall stupid in my opinion to gank someone and think he will thank me, standing this favourable gain/loss advantage for gankers here.
Factional warfare/nullsec pvp is different, I'm pretty sure insults are much more rare there.....

The problem and the reason why gankers collect most of the insults is very clear to me, and it's very clear the reason too.
You can easily study ganking mechanics from killboards and two things will be very clear to you:
1) It's cheap to gank, and you gain much while ganking
2) Most gankers use bots and it can be clearly seen in killboards, killing ganks are almost always the same, it's few players using several accounts at once, no doubt.
So if you combine how easy it is to gank together with how often it's a botting ganking, you cam imagine how unfair it seems to be ganked by the victims.
I would suggest them to avoid insulting but to report when ganking teams seem to be using bots to make the gank... |

There are killboards with 10 or 15 accounts with identical names used at once...
even the 3/4 teams are almost always the same persons, quite strange they are always online at the same time for months and months...

I would still suggest the ganked subject to report, so the security team of CCP can see if the ganker is using ten accounts at the same time without botting.

Assuming you are still hung up on how many alts some of them multibox, allow me to provide you with 2 pieces of relevant information: #1 - Alts are allowed in EVE. In fact, more than that, they are *actively encouraged* and *forcefully advertised* by CCP themselves - so they are never going to have a problem with someone for having too many alts...They just wish you would start more yourself. #2 - Yes, they run all those alts without running any "bots", "scripts", or input cloning software. In fact, one of the best known ones STREAMS his 12-alt ganking live on twitch - so you can see exactly how he does it. I recommend you watch him for a while before you continue on this conspiracy theory - I can guarantee you that CCP has watched it, and they'll take the evidence of what they can see over your empty ramblings every time.
I dunno how easy can be to move 10 accounts at the same time in few second multiboxing without any botting at all.
What I suggest to the person ganked by several ships is, when they suspect bots are used, to report, then it will be CCP to verify if bots were used or not.
If I remember well I saw a forum ( or reddit, I don't remember) saying a CODE player was banned for botting and I saw players insulting with every possible words everyone that was "happy" for it.
So I would keep suggesting a report if you have any reasonable doubt a bot has been used...
